Stephanie and Glenn’s Chinese Wedding – Melbourne
Stephanie and Glenn had an amazing wedding last weekend. With their families flying in from Singapore and the US, it was a special time for them. We kicked things off on Thursday with a family shoot at Stephanie parents home. On Friday morning the gate crashing began. This is part of a Singapore tradition where the groom and his friends are put through their paces in completing tasks set by the bridesmaids in order to get to the bride. It was a lot of fun to photograph!! And the girls weren’t going to make it easy! Stephanie was inside watching all the going on’s from a video chat. Glen did finally make it all the way into the house where Steph and her parents were waiting.
Then it was off to the Crown towers for Glenn’s tea ceremony, followed by a quick change of dress and onto the church. And lastly unto The Point at Albert Park for a meal. It was an emotional day, filled with laughter, tears and a lot of love. Just beautiful to photograph! To see the full slideshow click here
Stay tuned to see part 2, Saturday’s wedding at Stephanie’s families home, it was GORGEOUS!!
