Quat Quatta Wedding – Chris and Vanessa’s big day

I got a little carried away with this blog post, once I started uploading photos I couldn’t stop. It was such a beautiful day, and Chris and Vanessa are such an adorable couple, who were beaming with joy all day, it was hard to pick my favorites.  With the bride and groom flying home to Australia from the Maldives, you could see their happiness and emotion being surrounded by their nearest and dearest to celebrate their wedding day.  The day started with the guys in the Adina Apartments with a few coronas and just a few goes at getting their ties just right. 🙂 I then headed over to the girls at the Como Hotel in South Yarra to catch Vanessa slipping into her stunning wedding dress. The girls were fighting back the tears.

The ceremony was held at St Ignatius Church, and I would have to say Vanessa’s smile while they were saying their vows was probably my favorite moment of the day. Infectious happiness. It was then on to Quat Quatta for some delicious food and great dancing and an all round fun time. Thank you Chris and Vanessea, to your families, your wonderful wedding party and all your friends for making me feel so welcome and for a fun and beautiful wedding to photograph.

Chris proposed to Vanessa on the love bridge in Paris and their honeymoon took them back full circle to start their married life in the most romantic city in the world. I hope you both had a fantastic time, and best of luck with your next chapter in Thailand!
