Emma and Jason’s Wedding Slideshow has landed

I met with Emma and Jason to discuss their wedding plans in the first few weeks that I landed in Melbourne. It was hard to believe how quickly time seemed to pass until their big day.  One minute we were meeting on a brisk evening in the middle of winter and the next it was 36 degrees on their wedding day.

The day started at Emma and Jason’s home with the guys and Jason’s parents getting ready. Jason was trying to prepare himself to stepping outside into the heat in his three piece suit.  We then headed over to see how Emma was getting on, who was all dressed and ready to wed!

The ceremony was held out at Pipemakers park near Ascot vale golf club, which is only accessible by foot.  Which meant a grand entrance for the girls over the bridge and the building of anticipation for Jase as he waited to see his bride.  A song that Jason wrote especially for their wedding played as Emma walked down the aisle.  I couldn’t think of anything more romantic!

Emma and Jason told me when we met, how much they hated being photographed and I promised to keep the bride and groom photos nice and quick and natural.  On the day, I didn’t even need to direct them. They just had fun together and the connection between them shone through the lens. Just awesome!  You wouldn’t have a clue by look at their pics just how boiling hot it was that day!

Funny and loving (and somewhat revealing) speeches, good food, hilarious photo booth antics, dancing the night away surrounded by your family and friends are all the components for a fantastic wedding! Congratulations again Emma and Jason!
